      The apparent randomness of the chosen marble cutouts became the alphabet of the project, allowing the creation of unique compositions, juxtaposing pieces of different heights and different types of marble. The cutout implies the concept of emptiness, synonymous with endless possibilities, freedom, openness. The positive experience of emptiness through the purity of forms, of cutouts that instead of representing an object, present the void between things that identifies and distinguishes them. The slabs maintain the formal nonchalance typical of scraps reimagined into pieces assembled with a ready-made approach that celebrates the very nature of marble, surprising and random.
